Terms & Liability

Delta Dubai provides premium enclosed vehicle transport across the UAE - specializing in the movement of supercars and luxury vehicles. All services are provided with the utmost care, using signature glass-sided trailers pulled by a dedicated transport fleet.

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing. • Cancellations made less than 24hrs before scheduled transport will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Delta Dubai, operated by Titan Transport LLC, maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for the transportation of vehicles. The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that the maximum liability of Delta Dubai, whether arising from loss, theft, damage, delay, or any other cause whatsoever, shall be strictly limited to AED 365,000 (Three Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Dirhams) in aggregate per vehicle, as covered by the Company's insurance policy.

The Client further acknowledges that: • Any claim for loss or damage shall not exceed the above-mentioned insured limit under any circumstances. • The Client is solely responsible for obtaining additional insurance if the value of the transported vehicle exceeds this amount. • By signing this Agreement, the Client accepts and agrees to the limitation of liability as stated herein.

This limitation of liability applies notwithstanding any negligence, breach of duty, or other act or omission on the part of Delta Dubai, its employees, contractors, or agents.

• A full visual inspection is carried out before vehicle loading and after delivery. • Any pre-existing damage must be noted and signed off by both parties before transport. • Clients are encouraged to share existing photos or inspection reports in advance.

• Vehicles must be roadworthy or disclosed in advance if not running. • Vehicles must have sufficient ground clearance and be free of loose parts. • Clients must ensure timely access to both pick-up and delivery locations.

• While we aim for punctual delivery, delays caused by traffic, weather, third parties, or unforeseen incidents are not the Company's responsibility. • In the event of a delay, clients will be notified immediately.

• Full payment prior to transport unless otherwise agreed in writing. • All prices are quoted in AED and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

These trading conditions apply to all transport services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
